Maintenance Contracts for your Label Printer

Your thermal label printer is probably one of your most vital pieces of equipment. If you print a large volume of labels, chances are you're going to suffer a breakdown or deterioration of print quality at some time.

The best option is to take out a service contract on your printers. These represent good value since they ensure that an engineer can be on site within 8 hours and generally have the problem sorted there and then. In the unlikely event of the engineer not being able to effect a repair within the 8 hour contracted time, we will supply an equivalent printer for your use!

Please call us with the make and model of your printer and we can then quote you.

Alternatively, if you prefer to go about your printer repairs on an Call Out basis, we will log your call and an engineer will call when they are next available and this is then charged on a call out and hourly rate (plus parts) basis. The call out charge is currently € 120.00 and the hourly rate is € 90.00
