Unibind Technology Unibind uses a patented heat activated resin based adhesive that provides a capacity of up to 340 sheets (20lb. Paper). Since the adhesive is not water based, documents are held with a strong bond while at the same time giving the option to edit the document later. A solid steel backed spine holds the resins together. Unibind machines are designed always stay in ready mode once plugged in. Once a document is placed into the binding compartment, special magnets activate the thermal bind process. Within 60-120 seconds your document is bound. Binding machines are available in different configurations from low volume to high volume.
